Fort Worth Area Family Association

We’d like to invite you to join our family – the Fort Worth Area Gladney Family Association (GFA)!

The GFA is open to all who have been touched by adoption. Families in ANY stage – and from any program, including Domestic, International, New Beginnings and ABC, are welcomed to become a part of our vibrant, encouraging community.

The Fort Worth GFA is part of the larger family of Gladney GFAs.  All of the various GFAs, across the U.S. and internationally, are comprised of supportive networks of parents and children who share similar life experiences.  The bonds our families and children share lead to lifelong friendships and caring environments where we learn and grow together. 

Throughout each year, the Fort Worth Area Family Association hosts numerous events specifically for our families, including action-packed holiday parties, helpful educational events, lively playdates and picnics and fun excursions to area sporting and entertainment venues.

So is the GFA right for your family? If you are an approved and waiting family, the GFA is the organization for you!  If your family has received a referral and is awaiting placement, the GFA is a perfect fit!  And if your child has been home for a day or over a decade, this is an organization that offers programs and support that cannot be found elsewhere!  In other words, this organization offers something for everyone and we are proud to have services and activities for all!

Simply put, we are bound together by a common thread – the love of a precious child.  Please join us!
